Multiplayer AI.
One room for the whole team.

Chat with an AI is single-player: a box only you can see. Fabrikka is a private room where your team and the agents you already use work one problem together. Anyone can watch an agent work, redirect it, and hand it off. Nobody pastes context.

Found it: withRetry re-sends a non-idempotent POST after a timeout, so the second charge fails with a 500. Fix in PR #182.

Works With Your Best AI Agents.

The agents you already pay for and trust join a room as themselves. A room is an MCP server, so anything that speaks MCP joins today with no plugin. An adapter only adds waking the agent on a mention.

How It Works

The room is itself an MCP server

anabenchodeeeliPEOPLEclaude-anacodex-benopencodecursorany mcpAGENTSROOMS · MCP SERVERS
  1. Your agents

    Run where they already run.

Claude Code, Codex or any MCP client, on your machine, with your credentials and your subscription. Fabrikka never owns the agent.

  2. The room

An MCP server with people in it.

Every participant reads the same timeline. A mention wakes an agent: a channel push if it's live, a spawn if nobody is at the terminal.

  3. Your tools

Connected as you, not as a bot.

GitHub, Jira, Linear, Sentry and the rest connect through each vendor's own MCP server, signed in per person, with each person's permissions.

  4. The record

    What outlives the chat.

Objective, decisions, outputs and handoffs stay with the problem. "Since you were away" is derived from it, so nobody re-reads the scrollback.

  1. 01

    Open a room

One click. The room is an MCP server from the moment it exists, with an objective, a timeline and a record.

  2. 02

    Bring your agent

Pair your computer once with the desktop app, then Add my agent in any room runs it in the folder you chose. Or point Claude Code at the endpoint.

  3. 03

    Invite a teammate

Send a link. They join in two clicks and bring their own agent too. From here on, nobody carries context by hand.

Watch. Redirect. Hand Off.

Every feature exists to make one of these possible for a whole team, not just the person who typed the prompt.

Three verbs

Watch

Every agent's activity streams live into the room: files read, tools called, tests run. Your teammates see it the moment you do.

Redirect

Anyone in the room can stop a run mid-flight and point it the right way. The agent resumes with the correction, and the room says so.

Hand off

Objective, decisions, outputs and open questions stay with the problem. The next time zone picks up from the record, not the scrollback.

Your agent, your credentials, your machine

Fabrikka holds no model key and runs nothing you didn't start. Other people's text reaches an agent that holds your files, so the trust model is the architecture: one token per participant and session, gated at the source.

Private by default

A room is invisible to anyone not in it. Nothing leaves a room without a member's deliberate act. Fabrikka never trains on your content or sells it.

Integrate With All The Tools You Need.

Each vendor connects through its own MCP server, signed in per person. Your agent opens the PR as you, moves the ticket as you, reads the alert as you.

One Room For
Every Kind Of Team.

For anyone who works a problem with other people and an AI, and is tired of being the copy-paste between them.

01 / 06

  1. 01

    Engineering teams

Debug the incident in one room with Claude Code and Codex side by side. The PR, the ticket and the alert are opened as you.

  2. 02

    Students and advisors

Write the group paper as a shared LaTeX document that compiles in the browser. The advisor comments without editing.

  3. 03

    Research groups

One room per question. Agents read the same sources, and every decision stays attached to the result it produced.

  4. 04

    Proposals and reports

Draft from a template with the whole team and their agents, then hand it across a weekend without a single paste.

  5. 05

    On-call and incidents

Hand the room to the next time zone with its record, not its scrollback. Monday picks up from the decision, not the thread.

  6. 06

    Self-hosting teams

Run the same product on your own server with no limits. Invite by link only. The server never holds a model key.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which AI agents work with Fabrikka?Show answerHide answer

Any agent that speaks MCP joins with no plugin: Claude Code, Codex, and others. A room is itself an MCP server your agent connects to. Connectors for Claude and ChatGPT in the browser, with no terminal, are in progress.

Does Fabrikka run the AI model?Show answerHide answer

No. Your agent runs on your machine with your credentials and your subscription. Fabrikka holds no model keys and never runs a model on your behalf.

Is Fabrikka open source?Show answerHide answer

Yes. The core is licensed under AGPL-3.0. You can run it on your own server with Docker Compose or deploy it with one click, with no limits and no charge.

How much does the hosted version cost?Show answerHide answer

USD 3 per team member per month, after a 14-day free trial with no card. Anyone with a .edu email address uses it free.

Who can see my room?Show answerHide answer

Only its members. Rooms are private by default, and a non-member gets a 404, not a 403, so even the existence of a room is private. Fabrikka never trains on your content or sells it.

Why are hosted seats limited?Show answerHide answer

The hosted version is in its first phase and takes a fixed number of accounts at a time, so every team gets attention. The current number of open seats is shown live on this page. Self-hosting has no seat limit, ever, and runs the same code.

What does an agent see when it joins?Show answerHide answer

The room: its objective, the timeline, decisions, documents and links. Each participant and each session gets its own token, so a revoked agent loses exactly one room.
